Q: Can you cross reference to other supplier part numbers?
A: YES.  CLAMPS UNLIMITED can provide our customers quotes for our part numbers and descriptions that are cross referenced to other supplier part numbers.  These are general cross references and do not indicate an exact match from one supplier to the next.  Each customer should inspect the dimensions and performance levels of each clamp to determine if the clamp meets their specific requirements.
   
Q: Is there a minimum order?  What quantities do I need to order in?
A: YES.  There is a minimum order shipment value of $100.  Most product is packaged 10 pieces per box.  As long as your shipment is valued at $100 or more and for quantity increments of 10 pieces, you will have met our minimum order/ shipment requirements.  If you have been approved as a "Preferred DIstributor", the $100 min. order requirement is waived.
   
Q: Can you provide certifications?
A: Most requests for certifications can be accommodated on parts manufactured to order (new production parts, not stock inventory). Charges for special certifications will apply.   For all stock parts, Clamps Unlimited can provide a certificate of compliance that the parts meet industry standards. 
   
Q: What hose clamps are currently stocked in the USA?
A: CLAMPS UNLIMITED is stocking all standard sizes of stainless worm gear hose clamps and also miniature clamps, size #4, #6, #8 and #10.  Clamps that we plan to inventory in the future in the USA, but currently shipping from overseas include:    V Band Coupling, T Bolt Clamp with Fixed Bridge, Quick Release Worm Drive, Spring Loaded T-Bolt Clamp, Constant Tension Worm Drive, T-Bolt Clamp w/ Floating Bridge, Serrated Worm Drive Clamp, Worm Drive Clamp w/ Liner. 
   
Q: Do you have to be a preferred distributor to buy from CLAMPS UNLIMITED?
A: No. Although CLAMPS UNLIMITED is offering an opportunity for distributors to join our preferred network of distributors, our policy is to sell any distributor that meets our distribution criteria.
   
Q: What do I need to do to place an inquiry?
A: To place an inquiry, you need to either complete the form on our on-line RFQ tab of the website or provide us the following information:
   
Q: Do I have to fill out a credit application to receive a quote?
A: No.  You do not need to complete a credit application to receive a quote, but it is highly recommended that you take the time to submit a credit application with your first inquiry, small or large.  By doing so, we can establish an account number promptly and be able to fulfill orders you may need to place and ship right away.   All quotes are subject to credit approval.
