JOLLY CLAMPS USA PRIZE

For the first time, iPod touch is made from the same kind of anodized aluminum used in the MacBook line. And it’s made the same way too: By machining the enclosure from a single piece of aluminum. The first thing you’ll notice about iPod touch is its barely-there weight. Then its super smooth finish. Then all those Apple details.  iPod touch is made from one of the strongest grades of aluminum there is. Which means that it not only looks and feels incredible, it’s tough enough to tag along on more than a few nights out.

To participate, attendees will need to submit their business card at the Jolly Clamps booth during show hours to qualify.  One entry will be selected. Only one entry per attendee.  Terms and conditions of the drawing are listed below.

Terms and conditions

1. To be entered into the prize drawing you must place your business card in the drawing at the 2013 Las Vegas Fastener Show at the Jolly Clamps booth or complete the prize drawing entry form by clicking on this link.  One entry per person.
2. Jolly Clamps and Jolly Clamps USA accept no responsibility for entries not successfully entered.
3. The competition is open to show attendees and prospective customers that work for distributors attending the 2013 Las Vegas Fastener show, who enter their business card at the show for the drawing or complete the prize drawing entry form online.   All entrants must be a USA, Canada or Mexico resident and age 18 or over at the time of entry.
4. One winner will be chosen at random from those people who have entered the Prize Drawing in accordance with these terms and conditions.
5. Entry deadline will be 5:00 PM CST October 25, 2013.
6. In the event of the Prize becoming unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Jolly Clamps USA reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal value.
7. Once the monthly Prize Draw has been made the winner will be contacted directly by Jolly Clamps USA within 15 days of the draw being made.
8. If the winner cannot be contacted within 15 days, after all reasonable endeavors have been made, the Prize will be forfeited and another winner will be chosen at random from the original pool of eligible entrants.
9. Entrants’ data will be collected, stored and processed for the purpose of administering and assessing the Prize Drawing and will also be used to assist Jolly Clamps USA in marketing and developing interest for their products with customers and prospects.
10. Losing entries will not receive any notification.
11. This Prize Drawing is not open to employees of Jolly Clamps and Jolly Clamps USA and their families.
12. Jolly Clamps and Jolly Clamps USA reserves the right to change or update the competition terms and conditions including the prize offered. If any changes are made details will be posted on www.jollyclampsusa.com
13. This promotion and the terms and conditions of entry are governed by USA Law and the courts of the United States of America shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this promotion.
14. No purchase is necessary to be entered into the Prize Drawing.
15. By entering this competition all eligible individuals acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by final determination of any court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
